Uncompromising Faith (Daniel 1)
Despite Nebuchadnezzar’s efforts to brainwash the youth he captured – Daniel stands firm, stays faithful, and refuses to compromise on his convictions. Daniel made up his mind in the beginning not to compromise, he followed through on that decision (it’s one thing to say you will obey, it’s another thing to actually obey), then he let God do the rest – he trusted and depended on Yahweh. Daniel was not concerned about anything else except staying faithful to God. I want to be like Daniel, don’t you?!
